Information you explicitly provide

We use sales enquiry, customer service request, support request, and bug report forms to let you contact us. These forms collect contact information, such as your name and e-mail address that is used to respond to your enquiry. This information will not be supplied to third parties.

The Otaku Software online store is powered by Avangate and PayPal, and relies on their technology to process your online payments in a secure fashion. When you order a product from our online store, we collect details, such as your name, your email address, and the product you are purchasing, and pass this information on to Avangate or PayPal. This information will only ever be sent to Avangate or PayPal for ordering purposes, and it will not be supplied to third parties.

During the ordering process, Avangate or PayPal will prompt you to enter in other order details, such as your credit card information. Information we automatically collect

When you connect to the Internet, your computer is given a unique identification code called an "IP address". UNSOLICITED IDEA SUBMISSION POLICY

Otaku Software and its employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, new or improved products or technologies, product enhancements, processes, materials, marketing plans or new product names. Please do not submit any unsolicited ideas, original creative artwork, suggestions or other works ("submissions") in any form to Otaku Software or any of its employees. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when Otaku Software's products or marketing strategies might seem similar to ideas submitted to Otaku Software. If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas, you still submit them, then regardless of what your letter says, the following terms shall apply to your submissions.

You agree that: (1) your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of Otaku Software, without any compensation to you; (2) Otaku Software may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way; (3) there is no obligation for Otaku Software to review the submission; and (4) there is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential.

Product Feedback

Otaku Software does, however, welcome your feedback regarding any area of our existing business. If you want to send us your feedback, please provide only specific feedback on our existing products or marketing strategies; do not include any ideas that Otaku Software's policy will not permit it to accept or consider.

Feedback and Information

Any feedback you provide at this site shall be deemed to be non-confidential. Otaku Software shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.
